The schedule for 2023-24 Academic Year 1st Semester Department Transfer are as followed:
1. Application Date: March 14 to 19, 2024 (Please fill out the electronic form online, no late applications will be accepted.)
The online application is within the Ming Chuan University Homepage. Login your Username and Password, under Work, select e-Form,
Undergraduate Program Application for Transfer of Major (Degree Program)-1st Choice or 2nd Choice, or 3rd Choice.
2. Department Transfer Examination: March 25 to 29, 2024
3. The vacancy of each department is according to the original vacancy quota of that department from each campus.
4. The Approved Transfer List will be posted on the Academic Affairs Division Website on April 17, 2024.
5. Students can have up to 3 choices of department transfer, one e-form for each choices. In the e-form, please attached the
Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form (Download from the Academic Affairs
Division/ Forms) and cumulative transcript. The hardcopy of the cumulative transcript need to be submit to the department that you want
to transfer to. Those e-form applications that did not attached the Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for
Department Transfer Application Form and the cumulative transcript will not be accepted.
