The schedule for 2026-27 Academic Year 1st Semester Department Transfer are as followed:
1. Application Date: March 18 to 23, 2026 (Please fill out the electronic form online, no late applications will be accepted.)
The online application is within the Ming Chuan University Homepage. Login your Username and Password, under Work, select e-Form,
Undergraduate Program Application for Transfer of Major (Degree Program) -1st Choice or 2nd Choice, or 3rd Choice.
(The e-form will be available on March 18, 2026)
2. Department Transfer Examination: March 26 to 31, 2026
3. In the e-form, please attached the Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form (Download from the Academic Affairs Division/ Forms) and cumulative transcript. The hardcopy of the cumulative transcript need to be submit to the department that you want to transfer to. Those e-form applications that did not attached the Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form and the cumulative transcript will not be accepted.
4. Please View the attachment 2026-27 Academic Year 1st Semester Criteria for Changes of Major (Specialized Degree Programs)
5. Please View the attachment Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form
6. For 1st year student, please upload the UCAN Career Evaluation instead of the cumulative transcript.
