Students not only learned classroom knowledge but also gained the ability to use what they have learned in the marketplace. Hence in 1990, the Taiwan Ministry of Education promoted Ming Chuan to senior college status.&nbsp;Less than a decade later,&nbsp;Ming Chuan was promoted to comprehensive university status in 1997.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">&nbsp;&nbsp; As Ming Chuan plays a major role to cultivate professionals for the society, the mission of the Academic Affairs Division is to establish excellent teaching services and learning environment.&nbsp;The goal of the Academic Affairs Division is to pursue excellence in teaching, learning, and curriculum as to refine teaching quality and attain effective student learning outcomes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Dean of Academic Affairs Division in Chronological Order<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">&nbsp; Even though students study at different locations, the Academic Affairs Division provides consistent services for all MCU students, such as online course selection, grade query, and examination date and location query through the Student Information System.&nbsp;<\/span><br><span style=\"color: #000000\">&nbsp;&nbsp; One different means of providing a service is that Academic Affairs Division has Automated Document Application Machines located at Taipei and Taoyuan campuses, while Jihe, Kinmen, Matzu and Michigan locations request documents they wish to apply for, such as&nbsp;the Certification of Enrollment, through the staff who serve their location. That staff will inform Academic Affairs and handle the application and payment details. The document is produced and then send to the location where the student is studying.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\" \/>\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Outcome<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">&nbsp;&nbsp;
