Extension Courses on Learning:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">A series of workshops, discussion meetings, and extension courses on learnig strategies and\u00a0methods are offered\u00a0for students, free of charge.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Special needs of learning counseling in groups initiated from classes or departments can be sent to TLRC, which will offer suitable courses for the needs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2. Individual Learning Counseling:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Those students who have problems with learning can apply directly to TLRC for individual learning counseling\u00a0to acquire relevant learning suggestion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Those students who have problems with learning can also\u00a0seek counseling from \u00a0the department tutors, who will\u00a0decide on the need for seeking help from TLRC, that will arrange suitable counseling activities based on the learning\u00a0counseling\u00a0report\u00a0filed by the tutors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3.
