Login your Username and Password, under Work, select e-Form,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Undergraduate Program Application for Transfer of Major (Degree Program)-1st Choice or 2nd Choice, or 3rd Choice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2.<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong> Department Transfer Examination: March 25 to 29, 2024<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">3.<strong> The vacancy of each department is according to the original vacancy quota of that department from each campus.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">4.<strong> The Approved Transfer List will be posted on the Academic Affairs Division Website on April 17, 2024.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">5. Students can have up to 3 choices of department transfer, one e-form for each choices. In the e-form, please attached the<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form (Download from the Academic Affairs<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Division\/ Forms) and cumulative transcript. The hardcopy of the cumulative transcript need to be submit to the department that you want<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">to transfer to.
