The schedule for 2023-24 Academic Year 2nd<\/sup> Semester Department Transfer are as followed:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Application Date: November 21 to 26, 2024<\/strong><\/span> (Please fill out the electronic form online, no late applications will be accepted.)<\/span><\/p>\n

The online application is within the Ming Chuan University Homepage. Login your Username and Password, under Work, select e-Form,<\/span><\/p>\n

Undergraduate Program Application for Transfer of Major (Degree Program) -1st Choice or 2nd Choice, or 3rd Choice.<\/span><\/p>\n

(The e-form will be available on November 21, 2024)
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Department Transfer Examination: November 29 to December 3, 202<\/span>4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. In the e-form, please attached the <\/span>Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form (Download from the <\/span>Academic Affairs <\/span>Division\/ Forms) and cumulative transcript. The hardcopy of the cumulative transcript need to be submit to the department that you want <\/span>to transfer to. Those e-form applications that did not attached the Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for <\/span>Department Transfer Application Form and the cumulative transcript will not be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Please View the attachment 2024-25 Academic Year 2nd<\/sup> Semester Criteria for Changes of Major (Specialized Degree Programs)<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

5. Please View the attachment Ming Chuan University Department Consultation Record for Department Transfer Application Form<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

6. For 1st <\/sup>year student, please upload the UCAN Career Evaluation instead of the cumulative transcript.<\/span><\/p>\n
