2024.04.29 Announcement of Printing Room Relocation

The original Printing Room will be undergoing equipment relocation, machine installation, and system settings from April 30th (Tuesday) to May 5th (Sunday), during which photocopying services will be temporarily suspended.

The new Printing Room will be relocated to the right side of the Examination Center (opposite the elevator entrance of Building E, 1st floor), and is expected to reopen for use starting at 8:30 a.m. on May 6th (Monday). In the future, access to the Printing Room will require authentication by using faculty and staff ID cards. The staff information system’s account and password will be necessary when using the copy machine. On-site assistance will be provided including simple operational instructions, troubleshooting, detailed operation manuals for user reference, and telephone consultation services. Personal usage records will be retained during photocopying for subsequent maintenance and management reference. In case of any operational issues, on-site assistance will be available within the week of May 6th.

The Printing Room is exclusively for use by teachers and administrative staff. Printed documents are limited to teaching materials, examination papers, and administrative documents of the university. Printing of other private materials is prohibited.

The new Printing Room’s opening hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For urgent photocopying needs during the service suspension period and for any future special requirements, please contact Ms. Kung, Jui-Chi from the Curriculum Section at extension 2582.
