Course Schedule and Course Selection
Prior course selection period of each semester, the Curriculum Section will distribute the Course Selection Notice to each department and post it online.

The course information for summer sessions will be posted online approximately at the end of April or the beginning of May each year.
Roll Call
You can check your attendance on your Student Information System.
You can file a report of the mistake attendance record within two weeks after the data entry date. The instructor can correct the mistakes online or file a report to the Academic Affairs Division with his or her signature to make the correction. Once past the two-week time period, any corrections due to special circumstances require filing a Roll Call Correction Form with the relevant proof and instructor’s signature to report to the Academic Affairs Division within one week after the deadline to make the correction. Applications will not be accepted once past the deadline or without relevant proof.
Examination Related Matter
If students did not bring their students ID cards, temporary cards may be obtained from the Examination Center (Automatic Document Machine) before that particular examination period ends. Students who do not have their student ID card or a temporary card, may present another type of photo documentation, such as the National ID card, Health Insurance Card, Driver’s License, Passport or Residence Permit for verification by the examination proctor, so they can take the examination.
